about me

Dr. Elizabeth Rizki Kosek, OTD, OTR/L has been a pediatric occupational therapist since 2013 and is the founder of Empowering OT, which she started in 2018. With experience supporting children from infancy through high school, she creates practical, neuroaffirming resources for therapists, teachers, parents, and children.

As both an occupational therapist and a mom of children with individualized needs, Elizabeth has experienced both sides of the table. That perspective shapes her approach to creating playful, functional, and low-prep resources that support children’s participation in everyday life.
